Return, Refund & Shipping Policy

1. When Can You Return a Product?

We accept returns only if:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

  • The product is damaged during delivery

  • You received a wrong or missing item

2.Cancellations & Refunds

After Shipping:

  • For Prepaid orders Shipping charges are non-refundable

COD Orders:

  • ₹149 delivery charge is non-refundable

Refund Time:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days

3.Return Time Limit

  • All issues must be reported within 24 hours

  • After review the ticket then only we take further steps

4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be completed within 5-7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product
